Whoever is standing next to the vehicle

Claims teams, fleet operators and field adjusters use the same guided steps and AI checks, and every inspection ends in a report your team can act on.

Send a link to a claimant

Policyholders and third-party claimants capture guided photos in their phone's browser, with nothing to download.

AI assists. Adjusters decide.

AI that improves the evidence and leaves the decisions to people

  • Advisory findings

AI checks photo quality, reads the VIN and notes possible damage. It doesn't set coverage, liability or payment.

  • Tied to the evidence

Every finding stays attached to the photo it came from, so reviewers can see exactly what the AI saw.

  • Your rules

Templates, retake requirements, link expiry and dispatch rules are set by your organization.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Complete iQ Inspect for?

Auto insurance carriers, independent adjusting firms and TPAs, MGAs and program administrators, and fleet and rental operators. Anyone who needs complete, trustworthy photos of a vehicle can use it.

Who takes the photos?

Whoever is with the vehicle. Claims teams send a link to a policyholder or third-party claimant, fleet and rental teams send one to their own staff, and field adjusters can capture on site with the iPhone app.

Does anyone need to download an app?

No. Self-inspections run in the phone's web browser from a secure text or email link. Only field adjusters who inspect on site use the Complete iQ iPhone app.

Does the AI make decisions?

No. AI improves the photos and points out what deserves a closer look. Your people make every coverage, liability and payment decision.

Do we need an integration to get started?

No. Your team can send requests and review reports from the web dashboard. The REST API, signed webhooks and MCP server are there when you want to connect your systems.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is tailored to how your team will use the platform. Most teams start with a focused pilot, and we'll prepare a quote after a short conversation.
